SBRGA “30 Guns in 30 Days” Raffle 2023 Rules

  1. Limit of 1000 tickets will be sold, numbered 000 to 999.                                                                      

  2. Cost of each ticket is $30.00.

  3. Proceeds of the “30 Guns in 30 Days” Raffle to benefit the South Berwick Rod and Gun Association (SBRGA), a Maine non-profit organization.

  4. Prizes are new, factory made, standard type firearms. No custom calibers or designs will be awarded.

  5. Only sold tickets may be placed in the basket.

  6. All winning numbers will be drawn one at a time. The winner’s information will be recorded, and then the ticket placed back in the basket. Each ticket is eligible for all 30 drawings. Weekly drawings begin October 3rd 2023. Final drawing October 24th .

  7. SBRGA reserves the right to draw early due to scheduling conflict or ease of scheduling.

  8. Raffle is void where prohibited.

  9. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket.

  10. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, and intend to use the firearm only in a safe and legal manner.

  11. Winners must be at least 18 years old to take possession of a rifle or shotgun, and at least 21 years old to take possession of a handgun.

  12. Winning ticket holders under 21 years of age, who have won a handgun, may choose another firearm (non-handgun) of equal or lesser value, or take the gift card option.

  13. Winners have the option of taking winnings in a Kittery Trading Post gift card at 90%  of the retail price of the firearm won.

  14. All firearms won are subject to availability and SBRGA reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.

  15. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.

  16. All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws of the legal residence of the winning ticket holder.

  17. Transfers will be done by the Kittery Trading Post, US Route 1, Kittery, Maine.

  18. If a winner needs to or wishes to have the firearm won transferred to their local FFL, shipping and any other additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements made directly with the Kittery Trading Post.

  19. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm won is legal in their state, city, or town prior to taking possession of the firearm won.

  20. At no time will the SBRGA take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle. Winners will receive firearms directly from an FFL dealer only, and all applicable laws will apply.

  21. Winners will be notified using the name, address, and phone number that the purchaser has written or requested to be on the ticket stub. In the event that the SBRGA is unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility of the winning ticket holder to contact the SBRGA to claim their prize. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN.

  22. SBRGA makes no warranty of firearms. Winners will deal directly with the manufacturer if a problem arises.

  23. SBRGA makes no claim of firearms suitability of the purpose of the firearm won.

  24. SBRGA limits any and all liability to the purchase price of the ticket purchased.
